GLP-1 Price Watch is an independent editorial site. No provider has paid to appear in our rankings, to move up in our rankings, or to receive a higher score than our methodology produces. Providers that offer incentives do not receive preferential treatment. Providers we personally recommend to friends and family rank highest.
Scoring Methodology
Each provider is scored on a 0–5 scale across five dimensions. The final weighted score determines ranking order.
Starting price per month, all-in cost including hidden fees, and price stability as dose increases. Providers with opaque or bait-and-switch pricing lose points.
Time from consultation submission to prescription approval and medication shipped. Based on stated timelines and corroborated by patient reviews.
Board certification of providers, obesity medicine specialization, clinical monitoring protocols, dose adjustment support, and medication sourcing (PCAB/NABP certified pharmacies preferred).
Raw Trustpilot score weighted by review volume. A 4.5 with 100 reviews scores lower than a 4.5 with 5,000 reviews. Providers with no Trustpilot presence receive a 0 on this dimension.
Included coaching, dietitian access, follow-up protocols, customer service responsiveness, and access to human support beyond the initial consultation.

Pricing data is sourced from each provider's public pricing page and verified by our editorial team. Trustpilot data is retrieved directly from Trustpilot's public platform. All data is re-verified monthly. If you find a factual error, please contact us and we will investigate within 48 hours.
